#31 Set causes redraw problems for hotlist

Open the Choices window.
Select Hotlist.
Click on an entry.
Click 'Set'.
Notice that the entry is still highlighted and the
buttons unshaded.
Drag a menu over the pane (it wipes off).
Try using the right three buttons (they do nothing).

This patch ensures that both the pane and the icons
are up to date when you press Set by forcibly
redrawing the window and by updating the icons
themselves.
