#2 1.10_085 only reports 1st line after --More--

1.10 hangs after doing 900+ telnets to cisco catalyst
1900 switches. It hangs on the last device and fails
to exit after the close. 1.10_085 fixes the hang
problem, however, the "paging" code appears to be
broken in that it reports back the full 1st page, and
then only the 1st line after the "More". Hence, it
misses a lot of data.
