#1 linux distribution aware - init.d locations

After switching the network config files, netswitch
has the option to run the network initialization script
that is normally run at bootup.

In slackware, this is done in /etc/rc.d/rc.inet1

In other distributions, this file is elsewhere.

The script should detect which distribution it is running
under and use this script.
