#1 debug error

I've installed netspell and made reference to it in the
ASP.NET project. I added the 'spell.js' to the aspx page
and the button reference. I get the following error when
I try to debug:

Could not load type error: netspell.spellchecker

What might I have missed in installing and using this
component?
