#7 Suggest Button Feature

Someone had requested a suggest button feature for NetSpell. I have added the button and made a few minor changes to the spell checker and text editor. I have attached the code and a word document that tells what changes I made. Hope this is what you were looking for.

The file I tried to upload the source code but it was too big. My file was 5.6 MB and it can only be 256 kb.
