#13 install under vs2010 - 2869

Im not sure this is a bug ... but when I attempted to install NetSpell on a windows7/.net 4 machine using visual studio 2010 and with the 1.1 and 1.1sp1 frameworks, I get a "error creating virtual directory: access is denied" followed by a 2869 error. I was installing this under a user account with administrator rights. The installation then rolls back.
