#2 runtime error crypto.so.0.9.6 not found

Running GetSysDescr on SPARC platform. I'm getting
runtime errors as follows:::
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: java: fatal:
libcrypto.so.0.9.6 open failed:

##could not find required openssl libraries.

OpenSSL is not installed on system. The only reference
to openssl I found is in net-snmp-conf.h file.

What do I change so the java programs are not
dependent on openssl?
