#33 if no cookie no error

AppsLink basically does not work at all if you don't have
cookies enabled - at bare minimum, session-length
cookies. However, it does not tell you that there are
cookie problems if you attempt to log in and cookies are
disabled.

I've now spent, grand total, maybe an hour across all of
the various odd, bizarre machines that I've found in this
world that do not have cookies enabled.

Perhaps, some kind of 'test' cookie should be set
on /user/login or /user/inset_frame that is tested for,
later. And we can spew up a "hey, turn on cookies, you
dork" message.
