#32 file-downloader doesn't work right?

Seems to end up rendering into the current web
browser window instead of bringing up a 'download'
screen, as it should.

And when it _does_ work, it should change the contents
of the web browser to keep the users from clicking
the "bright, shiny, candy-red" buttons. Changing to
something like, "Downloading your file, please wait..."
with a META refresh thingee, or something along those
lines should be fine.
