#2 hmail server installation bug

When clicking on install hmail server the install
buttons and username and password boxes are missing
on window therefore no installation can be done.
database execution is fine.

Logged In: NO

This is because the programs been designed in 1024x768, What
i did was press the Tab key 3 times, then clicked Enter, it
worked
