#40 No Plugin List

Documentation needed: A list of plugins with summaries.

My client has NetSaint...I see it on a web site but
don't know which group of sysadmins is using it. A
syslog filter is needed, but I can't find out if one
exists without mucking around the source code of all
plugins.
