#29 Invalid pkg format to install on Solaris

netsaint-plugins-1.2.9-4.SPARC.pkg.tar.gz isn't in package datastream format, can't use pkgadd,
pkginfo, etc.

After gunzip, this is a pure tar file but with structure and files that show it was intended to be a
pkg archive. Am I missing something? This is the first time I have attempted to install anything
from sourceforge. Did I make invalid assumptions about the method/tools needed to install the
plugins package?
