#22 NSServicer won't compile

I'm having problems trying to compile NSServicer on
both linux and solaris. It seems the code is buggy and
i can't track down the problem. If anyone knows about
the problems and how to fix them or get around them
then please help me out. The version I'm attempting to
compile is 0.4.0
