Redhat 7.0+ changes the syntax of the ping command so
that normal user-to-user latency is not reported and
you now get sporadic errors about time of day going
back. This patch reverts back to the old behavior of
ping and in the process stops these sporadic errors
from appearing in the Netsaint console...

I have made the changes manually and come up with this
error:
