#85 avail.cgi hosts report incorrect uptime

0.0.7b version of netsaint:

When running the availability > hosts > all hosts..
selection I get a summary of host uptime in %. The
current version is incorrectly reporting all uptime
(97%) as downtime. When you drill into each individual
host it reports the correct uptime (97%) etc.

The availability > services > all services works just
fine...
