check_ping.c doesn't know how to interpret redhat 7.3's
/bin/ping program correctly.

Returns:

Error: Could not interpret output from ping command

This only happens on a VALID PING RESPONSE. On a box
that really can't be pinged, it reports accurately that
the plugin timed out after 10 seconds.
