Select the "Process Info" link on the web page and make sure that NetSaint is obsessing over services. If its not, enable it via the web interface. If you are using state retention and had not enabled the ocsp command from the start, NetSaint will disable the ocsp when it reads the old state retention information. That's the part that puzzles me. I have MTRG running on the same machine no problems. They use the same damn libraries, something has to be fishy.
