#3 Avoiding AutoScroll translations

The AutoScroll calculations are a bit tedious. A
technique to get AutoScrolling for free is to first of all
create a scrollable control, then within that place a
second control that is Docked on all sides, and then use
the second control as the host control for all your work.
The inner control always has upper-left coordinates of
(0,0).
