When 'netrik http://slashdot.org', there are a bunch of:

HTTP header parsing error (unexpected character)
HTML error: Unexpected character.
No workaround available; ignoring.
HTML error: Unexpected character. (No valid reference after unescaped '&'.)
Using workaround.
HTML error: No matching start tag found.

Where is the error? what exactly the html code? With
more information, users/developers can better debug
html pages or the netrik itself.

If you want to print out error messages, please make the
error message more informative.

This is actually a feature request...

It is possible to see where the error comes from using the --debug option. Of course, this is very hard to use... A more useful "--debug-html" option is actually mentioned in the TODO file; however, this has very low priority, as it wouldn't be trivial, while not improving on netrik's core functionality...

I hope the now parser planned for 2.x will allow somewhat more useful diagnostics without too much hassle; we can't promise anything however.
