I think the point of this Author’s Edition was that it documented all the new developments since Pipelines on z/VM was frozen. Only with z/VM 6.04 a new level was introduced that contained all of the stages that only were usable from the downloaded Marist edition. Rob van der Heij has worked very hard to get it up to date again.
