I can't imagine how netreg would work without using ISC DHCP, since it
relies on having control of DHCP. You don't have to replace your
existing DNS, because registered machines will use it, but unregistered
machines will get fake DNS that points everything (or nearly everything)
at the netreg box, so you definitely also have to run DNS on it....
