NetReg: netreg - non registration subnet

Netreg experts,

  If I want to have a subnet that does NOT require registration, do I need
to enter it into the subnet.dat file?  If so, how would I enter it given
there is no preregistration range?



Example of a subnet entry that does require registration. (in subnet.dat)

192.168.200.0/23:wirelessstu1:444:192.168.201.192/26
