ntm needs Networkmanager to work

  • Nobody/Anonymous

When installing ntm the installer says all dependencies satisfied but
it seems that 'NetWorkManager' has to be installed for ntm to work. That's a pity since on some machines (laptops) wicd works but  'NetWorkManager' does not. On my 32 bit Ubuntu 10.04 installation_ ntm_ only pops up for two seconds and then disappears / crashes.

    My ~/.ntm/ntm.log reads

    {<<NEW RUN>>

you can try to configurate NTM with "PING" mode.
This mode don't need networkmanager, but is not able to disconnect the connection.
