#3 Independent Copy Buffer

In order to provide consistency between the Local PC
clipboard and the Netpaste system, we need a Netpaste
copy buffer. that way a user will only update this
buffer when he presses the Netpaste Copy key
combination. and when he paste it will bring in the
last netpaste copy and not what the last local
clipboard Text data.
