#1 support for File copy

when user will click on a Selected File from the
explorer Ctrl Alt Shift C it will broadcaste a FILE
copy event, on the pasting side, the user will use the
regular paste key combination (or new one?) and a popup
will issue forth the machine name to copy from.

Suggested Protocol from File copy is TCP (must) support
large file, not like Text chunks copy.
