we havent touched it since using it to help convert our network, so it
likely doesnt work in NP2.0. we can examine it and get it working again.
the intent of the script was to go out, lookup all the ports in netpass
vlans and spit out the appropriate <vlanmap> lines (we had a lot of
switches and we didnt want to type it all in manually).
