[Netpass-users] NetPass Registration Date

So, when we look at users in the QuarControl page, it seems like the
"Registered On" date is often something very recent.  It looks like this is
actually the last time that the MAC address was validated on the network, not
when the actual registration took place.  The "First Seen" column seems to
have that date/time.

Clarification, please?
