[Netpass-devel] MAC Padding

....revisiting this issue again....

Mac OS X /sbin/arp does not return padded MACs....it looks like this  
is not an issue anywhere at this point except in Admin/reports/ 
bynet.mhtml. The links created in the "Active/In-Quar" do not have  
padded MACs in the links, so when one of the links if clicked on, the  
client report is not presented, since the non-padded MACs are not in  
the database. This may be a place to add the padMac function found in  
other routines.
