Ref: How to Install the Netops Toolkit pdf file dated 2011-05-01, page 3, "Install makepatch".
This section refers to a non-existent tar file at /opt/vdopt/archive/.
It builds makefile v2.04.
I assume that it is OK to download makepatch from a Debian repository (I get v2.03 for my Debian lenny system, v 5.0.8).
Let me know if that is not appropriate, and if I should build makepatch from source in the specified /opt/vdops/src/ dir.
