The the best way to make a shortcut to my toolkit without the need to port it to /usr/bin or /usr/sbin its to use 'Main Menu' ubuntu application: https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/precise/alacarte/
or if you are using kali linux distros then install 'gnome-desktop-item-edit' with this command: apt-get install --no-install-recommends gnome-panel
in 'Main Menu' (ubuntu distros) appl chose 'new item'
in 'pitcher properties' remmenber to chose 'application on the console'
also remmenber to add 'sudo' command to the beginning of the path
now the shortcut its available in the 'dash menu' and you can port it wherever you want it, for example: port the shortcut to the quick lancher..REMARK: netool toolkit 4.5.2 uses INSTALL.sh script to ask to user if we wants to build a shortcut to toolkit or not..
