We use a jQuery plugin 'Uploadify' to upload files, make sure you meet the minimum requirements. (http://www.uploadify.com/documentation/uploadify/implementing-uploadify/)
Thanks it solved the problem. And this upload feature will not be visible in Older Internet Explorers,Mozilla,etc.. Updating the IE,Mozilla,Opera also solves the problem....
