#15 Project status always set to "Initiation"

Project status always set to "Initiation". There is no way to change the status except manual intervention on mysql table (projects). Could you please have a look ?

the project status 'initiation' only available in netOffice Dwins v1.5
we have create milestones for v1.5 series
please describe your environment (include server side and the browser you used)
please also change the milestone of this ticket if your installation is netOffice Dwins v1.5 series

... and if you know how to change milestone to 1.5 on the ticket please let me know. I wasn't able to find the way how to change it.

I've noticed this bug in v1.4 so I did upgrade and seems bug is still there.

Some modern browsers, like google-chrome, can be configured to remember the information the user fills in for form. This feature is called 'auto completion'. Please try to turn off this 'auto completion' feature via the preference settings of your browser.

Nothing changes, why would only 1 item in the menu be changed ? In case this is a problem with browsers caching up the data it would change whole form instead of doing it only on 1 item. Any other ideas what could be wrong ?
