[Netoffice-announce] NetOffice 2.5.2 Released

We have made several improvements and fixes with this release. The =
upgrade process has been improved and is done in a similar fashion as =
first time installations, be sure to read the "docs/install.txt" first. =
Language abstraction has been improved and we have added the ability for =
you to add your customized language strings to =
"languages/lang_global.php" which you will need to create and it will =
survive future upgrades. We have also moved the contents of the =
"includes/customvalues.php" to the master language file. So if you have =
customized notes or phases then you will need to move them to the new =
lang_global file. We have also greatly improved the sessions. For a full =
