If you give me your SourceForge UserID I will give you write access to
CVS. I look forward to having another developer on this project. I
never intended to be the only one, but I put this SF project together in
just a couple hours so I realize it currently is not too inviting. I'm
in the process of rewriting the web pages to accommodate multiple types
of open source NetMail add-ons. I'd like to evolve this SF project to
include multiple developers and multiple agents (I'm also working on a
new anti-virus agent right now).
Be fore-warned however that SpamAssassin v3.0 is expected to be released
in a couple weeks (pre2 is currently out). When this happens it will
include a new spamd.raw that due to the license change (and other
enhancements) is a major re-write. I stopped developing the 2.63
version for this reason. The code I currently have should be trivial to
move over. It sounds like your existing two enhancements will also be
rather simple to transition. I would caution you against adding any
features to the 2.63 codebase that are very complex and thus difficult
to move to the new codebase. But, as always, what you do with you time
is up to you :)
