#18 Clear Filtered Entries

• Add a menu entry for "Buffer".
• Add a submenu item called "Clear Entire Buffer" that calls current functionality.
• Add a submenu item called "Clear Filtered Entries from Buffer" that will remove anything from the queue that is not on the display
