#4 Running total

Hi, Great program!

It would be really nice if nethogs could keep a running
total of the amount transferred by each process, and
either display it in realtime or save to a file.

preliminary support in CVS, though it doesn't provide really
reliable data yet, it does give some indication. hit 'm'.

the 'm' button for running totals works in the 0.8.0 (0.8.0-1 in debian). is this reliable now?
