Missing triangle in 2D mesh

    Dear users, I have found a potential problem in meshing a 2D rectangular domain with clusterized domain definition points. In particular it seems that at least a triangle is missing in the resulting mesh in correspondence to one of the point clusters. I am not sure whether the triangle is actually missing or not, since I am only checking the mesh structure by looking at it through the netgen graphical interface (and not by analyzing the mesh file): what I see is a white triangle within an apparently complete mesh. I would really appreciate any help and suggestion from you: in the following lines the geometry file I am using is reported. Default meshing parameters are used for mesh creation. The white triangle should be visible in correspondence to the 17-th point cluster (approximately the central one with respect to the cluster set present on the horizontal line within the rectangular domain) after few zooms.

      Yes, I can reproduce that problem. It looks like this happens because the nodes 129 and 130 in your input file are too close together (they're only 0.00000000001 units apart). If you move one of the nodes slightly (e.g. 130 142596.930875575 -1015.51875576030), the mesh is generated correctly.
