#9 CGS bug

Dear Prof. oachimschoberl,

Thank you very much for your so excellent mesher NETGEN. I
am a beginner of your software. I tried to construct a model
with two cylinders crossed. The software can't work on it. I
tried both your released versions 4.9.13 and the develop
version 4.9.14. The 4.9.13 hangs at 20% of Findpoints
progress and the 4.9.14 version hangs at 100% of Findpoints
progress. Could you please help me to take a look at it? I
have posted the .GEO data to your forums.

PS. If I change the radius of one cylinder to 0.49 or
0.4999, the software can work. So I guess it is a bug of
mesh generation.
