NetForm 0.63 web application framework is released

With this version package structure has changed, so if you are using 0.62 then you have to go through your application. There are some development and fixed on component validation and formatting. Also Templating APi is improved.

Goal of NetForm Web Application Framework for Java is to be easy, productive and maintainable way to create complex HTML application forms and logic by using server side components and JSP template mechanism.
