The NetFAQ project is started

The NetFAQ project was created on March 6th, 2001. Today, 2 mailing-lists are been opened : the first one for developers and the second one for know the last releases of NetFAQ. You can also find the homepage of NetFAQ on http://netfaq.sourceforge.net. Now, it's the time to analyse seriously the project !
