#3 howto move a tooltip

[CaCO3]

I create an image and then a tooltip.
Later, I have to move the image.

How can I then delete the old tooltip or move it?
(delete and recreate the image doesn't work)

I think, there is a missed function (deletetooltip) or
a bug in deleteimage (shouldn't it also delete the
tooltip?)
