#11 Disk io

I'm basically replacing gkrellm with superkaramba
themes and the one thing that is really missing from
available sensors is disk io. There's stacks of code
around for this (gkrellm for instance) and it could
always just support 2.6 kernels at first by reading
/proc/diskstats.
