Not a lot of people have this problem, but I have a problem with libDCOP, as follows:
karamba: error while loading shared libraries: /opt/kde/lib/libDCOP.so.4: undefined symbol: static_QUType_varptr
I'm using KDE 3.1.0 and it compiles fine, yet, this error prevents me from using it. KDE runs fine with it, I just don't know why SuperKaramba can't use the lib.
Someone please help me!
thanks in advance!

What distro are you using? Have you upgraded gcc or something? It sounds like maybe KDE and SuperKaramba were compiled with different versions of gcc. Can you compile other KDE programs and use them?

I'm using gcc version 3.1, under SuSE Linux 7.3 (I upgraded most of it), with KDE3.1 that I compiled myself without any problem. I compiled SuperKaramba and KDE with the same gcc version.
Also, I'm using QT 3.1.1, if that helps any.
And yes, I can compile other KDE programs and use them well, which is why this is so odd...
I also tried downloading binary RPM packages and installing them, but that dosen't work either.
