Mine does it as well.. Most notably, when a window is placed with an edge outside the desktop (looks like problems reading/setting window-location in my case)

To it actually looks like it saves it -- if I position the window above the UPPER screen-edge, next time it will appear at the same offset above the LOWER screen-edge.
But yes :) do let it save x/y-positions at all times..

On my RedHat 9.0 machine the themes change position every time I restart. No mather what I do they always return to their old place (not the one I want+some of them simpy get almost thrown out of the window)

it won't save position if the x/y co-oords are negative (off the side of the screen). should i change this?
