#29 submenus

Any chance of being able to use submenus, both
in the "configure" menu, and in user created
menus?

This would simplify clutter greatly.

I should add that there is a strange bug when I launch a
new user created menu from another user created
menu. The key pairs that link the item to the item index
seem to get transposed. Somehow superkaramba
copes with this, but gives strange errors, and
sometimes crashes. To see this behaviour, run liquid
weather, and click on the maps icon, choose a
continent, and then a maptype. The console should
spit an error.
