I noticed that the 0.93->0.94 UPGRADE info says

Start checking the logs from your macwalk device (you can do it from
the web
page now) and look for the uplink warnings. Fix your topology file to
match.

and realized, wouldn't it be nice to have a seperate log entry for that
instead of checking each macsuck log?

A Broken Topo Links report in Netdisco 2 sounds good.

I think this is the "orphaned devices" report which we now have. Resolving as fixed.

Let me know if this ticket refers to something else!

We still need a report which shows "one-way" links. The orphaned devices report does not show these. Going to re-open this ticket as a place holder for that report.

I think this ticket was actually opened for a report of ports we skip due to seeing another device's MAC on a port during a macsuck. We should also provide a report of those instances.

    Fixed in [af16e1f]

Not quite a separate 'broken topo links' report, I've fixed the "Undiscovered Neighbors" report.

    1. the report had an erroneous JOIN on admin table which would have excluded any ports which didn't have failed discover jobs. changed to LEFT JOIN.
    2. take advantage of the new is_uplink boolean set on device ports when we see a known device MAC address, and include these in the report (which is what this ticket asks for).
