#31 Connection Refused error on policy

On FC4/Firefox 1.5.0.4, I did the following:

1. Added more Kerberos servers to server manager
(Solaris-sparc and Fedora)
2. Selected kerberos
3. Selected all servers (3)
4. Clicked Kerberos Database
5. Clicked the Policy tab

Result: I saw the "Loading poliy" div, but also got an
error popup:
"CAUSE: Connection refused".

I clicked OK on the popup and nothing was loaded in the
Policy screen.
