#24 Unselect All does not clear previously selected services

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a New Role
2) Click on Servers & Services for new role
3) Select check-box for Apache
4) Click Select All
5) Click Unslect All

Results: All of the services are removed except for
apache, which remains selected.

If you continue, leaving Apache selected, the following
occurs:
6) Click Close
7) Select Servers & Services for same role

Result: See 2 selected "Apache" services in Services
list. If you then unselect both Apache services, then
close and reopen the screen, only 1 apache is listed again.
