HP ProCurve Switch 2610 and procurvehpv2scraper

**We have varitey of HP switchs. While procurvehpscrapper works for 2500 series , we have problem with 2610 model, we try procurvehpv2scraper.pl and get follow "No ARP table" and "Bad ARP Table Data Received" error in arp

**However, if we try arubaswitchscraper on the same switch, it also has erros but list some ARP table in log with debug -2 turn on. But it is not post into database.
