#7 Additional Mapping Pattern for Inheritance

NDO should support a mapping pattern, where all objects of an inheritance tree are stored in one table. A type code column helps to distinquish between the different subtypes. This pattern is very useful in situations where several subtypes of a type share the same data structure but show different behavior.
